1. Website purpose
This website provides vehicle browsing, enquiry, valuation, appointment, demand-matching and managed-transfer information. It is not a binding offer, finance approval or professional legal/financial advice.
2. Listings and availability
Images, specifications, condition, mileage, price and availability are subject to verification. A saved, advertised or matched vehicle is not reserved until PCC confirms the applicable booking process. Obvious errors may be corrected.
3. Monthly and financing estimates
Monthly repayments are illustrative estimates based on assumptions that may differ from your deposit, term, interest rate, credit assessment and lender. Financing is subject to lender approval and final documentation.
4. Enquiries, appointments and matching
You must provide information you are authorised to provide and keep it reasonably accurate. PCC may contact you to handle the requested enquiry. Optional demand matching retains criteria only when selected and does not guarantee a vehicle, price, financing or response time.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse forms, submit unlawful or misleading material, interfere with security, scrape protected data, impersonate another person or use the website to harm PCC, customers or third parties.
6. Intellectual property and third parties
PCC website content and branding may not be reproduced commercially without permission. Third-party maps, messaging, analytics, advertising and financing services have their own terms and availability.
7. Privacy
Personal data and optional tracking are governed by our Privacy Notice and Cookie Notice. Optional consent may be withdrawn without preventing ordinary browsing.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, PCC is not responsible for indirect losses arising solely from website availability, third-party services or reliance on unconfirmed listing information. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or your mandatory consumer rights.
9. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by Malaysian law. PCC may update them prospectively; the date above identifies the current version.
