“Overall, I had a very good experience with Phillip Car Consign in selling my car. At first, I was quite hesitant because I wasn’t sure whether the company was legitimate or a scam. With so many scams happening nowadays, especially involving the buying and selling of cars, I wanted to be extra cautious. After comparing several offers, Phillip Car Consign gave me a better price than two of the major car buying companies as well as several used car dealers. Shawn first contacted me via WhatsApp and made an offer for my car. After discussing and agreeing on the terms over the phone, I decided to bring my car to their yard in Batu (beside MRR2). 23.05.2026 – I brought my car to their office and met Shawn. He carried out a quick inspection and confirmed that they were able to offer the same price that had been quoted via WhatsApp, with no surprises. 14.07.2026 – Shawn contacted me to inform me that a buyer had already placed a booking and wanted to secure the car before even coming for a test drive. He asked whether I had any room for negotiation if the buyer requested a slight discount. I agreed to reduce the price a little. Later that evening, he informed me that the buyer had confirmed the purchase, and we arranged a date for me to visit the office to complete the thumbprint verification and paperwork. 22.07.2026 – I went to their office to complete the thumbprint verification and the necessary documentation. Fortunately, the boss was there that day, and after everything was completed, the payment was transferred to my bank account within about 30 minutes. The entire process was smooth, transparent, and professionally handled. Shawn kept me updated throughout the process, and there were no hidden charges or unexpected issues. Ask him for a picture and apparently he said he’s camera shy. No wonder mostly in their google review its either Philip or Shirley.
